What ingredients do you use for bomboloni, ciambelle and panzerotti?
In our kitchen we use type 00 wheat flour, peanut oil, milk, eggs, hazelnuts, soy, 100% vegetable margarine, limonina, pistachio and tree nuts. For the exact recipe of a single product, ask our staff before ordering.
Do the bomboloni contain gluten?
Yes. We use type 00 wheat flour, which contains gluten, and the same space and equipment for all products, so we cannot guarantee gluten-free products.
Do you use peanuts or tree nuts?
Yes. We use peanut oil, hazelnuts, pistachio and other tree nuts. Since space and equipment are shared, we cannot rule out traces in any product.
Is there milk, egg or soy?
Yes, milk, eggs and soy are among the ingredients we use in our kitchen.
